G ( Gaurav Shridhar) Professional Kathak Dancer| Teacher | Choreographer
With roots deeply intervined in the rich culture heritage of India , Gaurav has been avidly dedicated to preserving and propagating the mesmerizing art form, Kathak. Born with an innate passion for dance as he hails from a family of dancers, Gaurav began his kathak odyssey at a tender age under the guidance of his own grandfather, Pt. Bajinath Shridhar. After which, he has since been receiving professional training at the National Institute of Kathak Dance (Kathak Kendra) under the guidance of Gurus - Pt. Abhimanyu Lal ji and Pt. Rajendra Kumar Gangani ji where he has completed the Diploma Pass Course and is currently pursuing his Senior Post Diploma. He is currently pursuing his Bachelors in Performing Arts at the Prayag Sangit Samiti while also at Khairagarh University simultaneously .
His vision includes collaborations with artists from diverse disciplines and the exploration of innovative choreography that pays homage to the gharana's heritage. A truly passionate and ambitious dancer who carries himself with humility as he aims to learn and improve throughout his entire artistic journey.
HIS ACHIEVEMENTS:-
- Rashtriya Gaurav Sammaan by Mr. Dharampal Bhardwaj ji (Directorate General, Fire Services, Civil Defence & Home Guards) and Mr. Yogendra Yadav ji (Paramvir Chakra Awardee)
- Choreography ranked 2nd and represented the state of Uttar Pradesh in the year 2020
- Judged various Inter-School Competitions
- Conducted successful workshops titled - “Amay” with a consistent turnout of at least 50-100 students.

Gaurav Shridhar is an avid performer who has experience performing nationally as well as internationally. He actively collaborates with other artists all over India and creates original dance pieces and projects to be presented on a variety of different stages/auditoriums/venues.

D ( Deepannita Sarkar) Professional Kathak Dancer| Teacher | Choreographer
She started to learn kathak since childhood. Her first step in this art form was under her Guru Shri Suman chowdhary. She always used to dance no matter what the occasion was, the only thing that made her smile was dance. Under Guru Shri suman chowdhary she unlocked many aspects of dance and then began her training in kathak , Lucknow gharana. Then for further training she went to Shri Ram Bhartiya Kala Kendra and there continued her professional training under the guidance of Guru Shikha khare Ji, Guru Ram Mohan Mahahraj ji, Guru Anukriti vishwakarma ji. For further training she went to Kathak Kendra to pursue Post diploma under the guidance of Guru Pt. Jai Kishan Maharaj Ji and Guru Sandip Mallick ji. Currently she is also gaining the knowledge of pakhawaj from Guru Shashikant pathak ji.
She has done many choreographies during her schooling , since then she has always been a keen to choreograph good creative pieces. Now she is choreographing for her students. She has also been invited for choreographies to perform abroad.
It's been 10 years but still feels so fresh. The thing we love doesn't come with an expiry day.

A few of Deepannita's Performances:
The rigorous training from her Gurus instilled a profound understanding of the lucknow Gharana's distinctive style, characterized by its emphasis on complex expressions, complicated movements, graceful pirouettes, Torso movement and the harmonious blend of layakari (rhythmic patterns). Deepannita is considered a promising young performer in Kathak today and someone who is completely devoted towards this historic art form. Deepannita’s movements are a delicate balance between precision and fluidity, weaving together complex rhythmic patterns with seamless elegance which has led the way towards his international debuts.
